Treasure Beach Women's Group Director visits The Women's Place
Jean Genus of the Treasure Beach Women's Group, Jamaica, (in the middle, black shirt and white pants) was visiting The Women's Place on Tuesday, August 6th. The Treasure Beach Women's Group and The Women's Place have been 'sistered' since 2009 when the Chair of the Board of Directors of The Women's Place visited Jamaica and came across the Treasure Beach Women's Group. Jean sits on the Board of Directors of the Treasure Beach Women's Group. Through the Frances Mills Clements Foundation, we have supported the Treasure Beach Women's Group's women positive activities and both of us hope to work together even more in the future.
